Add some sparkle to your meal


“Shichida” is a limited Junmaishu which was produced for distribution in 2001 by the 6th kuramoto (brewery owner), Kensuke Shichida, with his wish that the sake sparkles with the 21st century’s modern diet.

To maximise the umami of sake rice which is mainly a local product in Saga, water is not added after joso, and there is no coal filtration process. After the heating process, it is bottled and stored at a low temperature.

The gentle and sophisticated flavour, the umami of the rice and the acidity are well-balanced. The moment that you take it in your mouth, you will feel its impact and taste the rice umami. We aim to brew a fine Junmaishu which you will want to taste more of.
