The evening Sake for dinner - the brewmaster’s great favourite
This has a good balance of a coconut-like aroma, umami and the acidity of rice combined. A regular product that the brewmaster loves, which has polished rice at the same level as Junmai Ginjo. It is good to serve both warmed and chilled.
