Pure sake which brings the feelings of four seasons
This unpasteurised sake has the splendid balance of a hint of nashi pear, rich umami flavour of rice and acidity. It is available throughout the year.
It must be kept in the refrigerator as it is pure sake which means that it has not had heat treatment or adjustment by adding water at all.
