Shoryu is from the fruity and minty Shichida Junmai shochu and has a high alcohol and flavour component from the first distillation.
Only 3-4% can be produced. The Shichida’s shoryu is from the first 1%.
Just like Shichida’s Junmai Shochu, the flowery aroma of Ginjo is featured.
