Catcher in the Barley!
Shichida’s Shochu series. Brewed using Nijo barley with underground water from Tenzan mountain range.
This is a mugi (barley) Shochu distilled at atmospheric pressure to bring out the flavour and sweetness of the barley.
It has a soft sweetness and a mellow taste, and you can enjoy the rich barley flavour diluted with hot water, on the rocks or in a highball.
