Shichida’s Shochu series. Brewed using Yamadanishiki from Saga, ki-koji(yellow malted rice) and Ginjo yeast.
This is Junmai Shochu distilled under reduced pressure, fermenting at low temperature.
You can enjoy the Junmaishu-like flavour and its mellow taste with ice or soda.
Our recommendation is with ice. It goes really well with meat dishes and stews.
