Junmai ginjo brewed Omachi rice from Okayama in the milling rate 50%.
It is distinguished by its unfiltered rich taste with pineapple like notes.
Not like heat treated sake, the nama sake’s fizzy and refreshing umami feeling spreads in the mouth every time you drink it.
