Sediment (the slight remains of rice and yeast when moromi is squeezed) is mixed with Shichida’s Junmai unfiltered nama sake, and a light finishing taste from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
This is a very popular product with a green apple flavour and refreshing mouthfeel.
