Brewed with ‘Shirakaga ume’ from the local ‘Ushinoo Bairin’ plum tree and fully ripe ‘Nankoubai’ plums and Tenzan Nihonshu.
You can enjoy this tasteful and easy-drinking umeshu with a superb balance of the refreshing Shirakaga ume and the richness of Nankoubai.
