This sake enhances the flavour of food.
This is the honjozo sake made of Reihou rice from Saga produced with the clear water that comes from the Tenzan mountain range. Namachozo sake means storing at low temperature without any heat treatment, until bottling for shipment.
The sake has a smooth and refreshing taste with a gentle aroma which reminds you of Japanese chestnuts and freshly boiled rice.
