Tenzan Daiginjo

Collaboration of sake brewing and Hizennaowashi (Hizen Nao handmade washi paper)

Daiginjo using “Dewa Sansan” sake rice from Yamagata and water flowing from Tenzan mountain range.
It has a flowery aroma of Ginjo like cosmos, a mellow and sweet tone spreading in the mouth with a crisp finish. Enjoy to the full the superb harmony.
This goes well with simple dishes using sweet and tender ingredients. The label is made of Nao handmade washi paper.
